These are issued free of charge to our patients, who have had their eyes tested less than 2 years ago, any one else must get their eyes tested first (medical aid will pay if funds are available) then certificate will be issued. If the you don’t want to do a full test, you may get a test done, just for the certificate (takes about 5 minutes) and this costs R65, and is not paid by medical aid.
